The system for the preparation of a coagulant solution, a flocculant consists of 2 tanks. The system operates in a cyclic operation mode.
The whole process
The solution is prepared in the upper tank. Selection of the finished solution takes place in the lower tank. Dissolution, maturation and dosing occur in one uninterrupted process. From the upper tank, the reagent solution, after maturation, is ready for further use. When the bottom tank is emptied, a signal is sent to transfer the finished solution from the upper tank to the lower tank.
- Dissolution
- Maturation
- Overflow
- Selection takes place in one continuous, repetitive cycle.
